1. Operator
Giftpull (“we”, “us”) operates a website selling fixed-price digital gift packs. Contact: support@giftpull.store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement and that use is lawful where you are located. We may geo-restrict access.
3. Product description
We sell digital gift packs at a fixed price. Opening a pack assigns a prize according to the published odds table for that pack. Prizes are third-party retail or prepaid gift codes (or equivalent digital delivery). Packs are digital goods; delivery is electronic.
4. No cashout
Prizes are gift codes only. We do not offer withdrawal of prize value to bank accounts, cards, or cash. Gift codes are subject to the issuer’s terms.
5. Odds and no guarantee of profit
Odds are published on the Odds page. Pack price is not a guarantee that prize face value will equal or exceed the amount paid. Expected economics include wholesale cost, processing fees, fraud, and margin.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party merchant processors. Your card statement may show GIFTPULL or the processor’s billing descriptor. You authorize charges for packs you purchase. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account closure.
7. Fulfillment
After a successful open, we deliver the gift code to your account vault and/or email on file. Delivery is typically minutes; delays can occur due to supplier systems. Contact support if a code is not received within 24 hours of a successful open.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Unopened pack credits may be refundable within a limited window. Opened packs and revealed codes are generally non-refundable except where required by law or for clear fulfillment failure.
9. Fairness
Prize assignment uses a verifiable random function (VRF) or equivalent auditable draw. Proofs may be available via the Verify page after launch.
10. Prohibited use
No fraud, multi-accounting for abuse, resale of accounts, automated scraping of codes, or use that violates gift-card issuer rules or applicable law.
11. Disclaimers
Site and packs are provided “as is.” We are not affiliated with Amazon, Visa, Mastercard, or other prize brands. Brands remain trademarks of their owners.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the pack giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new purchases.
